When should I RSVP?

Please let us know if you plan to attend no later than August 15th, 2024.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that you please treat this event with the significance that it has to us. No jeans, flip flops, t-shirts, swimwear, ball caps. Please be respectful.

Are kids welcome?

This is a 21+ event.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No. Our Zola page, under Registry, shows how to contribute a gift if you choose to do so. Gifts are not expected, and we are most grateful for your attendance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be prompt. The event starts at 4pm, however, allow time for parking and be advised this is a high-traffic area.

Describe the venue.

Answer

The Westbrook Elks Lodge is not the typical Elks lodge. It is a modern, beachfront event hall with a private room for our event. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the adjacent private deck overlooking beautiful Long Island Sound.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Prime rib, salmon, chicken, and a pasta dish plus appetizers and sides.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Requests have been made to include items that are vegetarian and pescatarian. There are some limited gluten free options as well. Please let us know if there are any other restrictions that we can work to accommodate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several nearby hotels to choose from, including the Westbrook Inn Bed & Breakfast, Water's Edge Resort & Spa, the Econolodge, and others.

The Westbrook Elks Lodge is accessed via I-95 Exit 65 (Rte 153) to Rte 1, turn Right, 2nd light turn Left onto Seaside, Westbrook, CT.
