We’re throwing you (and us!) a big party! You can expect a fun vibe with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic will be available), refreshments, and live music (courtesy of Julia's dad and uncle!). Show up between 4-8pm, stay as long as you like, and leave when you’re ready. There will be no ceremony and no sit down dinner - but don’t worry, you won’t leave hungry!
We are committed to keeping our loved ones safe and are working together to ensure we can do just that. We encourage you to test prior to coming and to stay home if you are feeling ill. We will have masks available to guests who would prefer to wear them and hand sanitizer throughout the building. The Picnic Pavilion also has two large screened-in porches and excellent air flow.
First: DO NOT PARK ON GLENWOOD. You will get ticketed and/or towed. All guest parking is across Glenwood Ave at the Wirth Beach House lot, located down the hill and across the road from the Wirth Pavilion facility. There is a small gravel lot at the bottom of the hill as well. There are 4 accessibility parking stalls at the top of the hill next to the venue for accessible parking with legally displayed hang tag only. The service road is non-passing and may be used for accessibility and unloading/drop off only.
Yep!
Your presence in our lives is the best present of all! We do not expect our guests to give us gifts. Seriously! However, should you wish to celebrate our marriage with a gift, you can find our registry here on our website at the top of the page.
The vibe is garden party with cocktails and lawn games, so think pulled together but not too formal. At the end of the day, wear what feels good! Remember, it's going to be early October in Minnesota so do come prepared for whatever the weather may bring. The Theo Wirth Pavilion is an indoor space that has AC and heat, and most of the festivities will take place inside (band, food, drinks, etc.) However, there are two fabulous screened-in porches and a beautiful park as well!
