Where can guests stay, and do you have any special hotel room blocks or rates?

Answer

We've secured a group of rooms at The Inn, perfectly situated in the heart of Ocean Reef. Choose from three room options, each offering a unique view – tropical, waterfront, or oceanfront – with special rates from Friday, March 1st to Sunday, March 3rd. If you plan to extend your stay beyond this weekend, you will need to contact ORC's reservations team directly at the number provided below (prior to booking online) to ensure the special wedding rate is extended and applied to your reservation. Do I need to rent a golf cart?

Answer

The wedding room block at Ocean Reef Club's Inn is a short walk away from the beach, pool, and all wedding events. If you're staying in the main hotel and not partaking in extra activities like pickleball or golf, you might not need a golf cart and can request transportation from the Club's bell staff. However, if you want to explore the property, or visit various restaurants, bars, etc., we would recommend a golf cart. We kindly ask that should you rent a golf cart to please be respectful of the Club's zero-tolerance policy pertaining to drinking and driving on the cart.

Where should I pick up a room key when I first arrive?

Please pick up a key at the front desk for all rooms, private homes, and condos.

How can guests RSVP? Is there a certain date guests will need to respond by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent via mail at the end of November. Please complete the RSVP form on the booklet and mail it back (return envelope will be included). We kindly ask for guests to have RSVPs returned by January 20th.

When and at what time is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony is on Saturday, March 2nd. We kindly ask guests to arrive at 5:00pm as the ceremony will have a hard start at 5:30pm. Please refer to the Schedule tab for additional information.

Is there a dress code at any of the restaurants on site?

Answer

Club Casual. Men – collared shirts, khakis, dress pants, and equally appropriate attire. Frayed or torn clothing is not permitted (i.e. ripped or torn jeans). Shorts, if worn, must be of walking length. Long denim jeans are allowed in all of ORC's outlets, with the exception of CH Prime and CH Lounge. What is the dress code for any of the recreation sites?

Answer

For recreation (Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center): Men: All shirts worn within the community must have sleeves or must be hemmed and reach shoulder length if sleeveless. Athletic-style tank tops are permitted for men on Buccaneer Island where the pool and beach are located. Please note that cut-off, unhemmed shorts as well as frayed or torn clothing/denim are not allowed.
