Please use the QR code on the invitation or go to the "RSVP" tab of this website. It will take you to a Google Forms page where you can RSVP for yourself and those listed on your invitation. The RSVP deadline is July 1st, 2026. If we have not heard from you before that time, we will assume you are not attending.
When you submit your RSVP, you will receive a copy of your responses via email. This email also includes a link to edit your response if needed. Please note that after July 1st, you will no longer be able to edit your response. Please reach out to Liz or Julia directly.
Due to venue size constraints, only those listed on your invitation will have a seat reserved in their honour.
The ceremony location is NOT at the venue itself, but a two-minute walk from it, located directly off the designated parking area. Rather than head to the venue when you find parking, you will find a seat at the ceremony space, nestled into the side of the beautiful Conestogo River. Our space is set with white chairs and can be accessed through the keyhole in the trees to the right of the grassy area when looking at the river. Access is more difficult if you enter through the tree line from the parking lot. Entering through the grass avoids the steeper entrance. The entrance will be marked with signage. More information can be located on the "Travel" page of this website.
Yes, we encourage our guests to dress in formal attire and pastel hues and/or floral prints, if possible.
Cellar 52 provides guests of our wedding with a discount code to book rooms at the nearby Courtyard by Marriot. Information regarding this has been included in your invitation package and the "Travel" section of this website. There are many other accommodations nearby as well, such as Hampton Inn by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Staybridge Suites and many AirBnBs.
Parking beside the venue is likely not available so we suggest parking in the public, free lot directly behind Cellar 52. The address for the parking lot is 3 Water St, St. Jacobs, ON N0B 2N0. Parking near the grass opening is our best recommendation for access to the Riverside Ceremony. More information can be located on the "Travel" page of this website.
