The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time to enter the venue and find your seat. Due to the pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:50 PM for the ceremony. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We want our guests to be comfortable and confident, so these are suggestions. Please wear what makes you happy! For the welcome party, the dress code is semi-formal. Ladies think of midi dresses, tea-length dresses, or pant suits. Gentlemen think of dress shirts and slacks with or without ties and coats. For the wedding, the dress code is black tie optional. Think of floor-length dresses, tuxedos, or dark suits. The ceremony will be outdoors on an uneven pathway. Please keep this in mind when choosing shoes!
To start the reception, our DJ will play family-friendly music. After that, our DJ will play explicit music. Please keep this in mind with young children or those with differing musical preferences.
We are taking advantage of our stunning venue space and having our ceremony and cocktail hour outside! Seats for our guests will be on a brick walkway. For dinner and dancing, we will transition indoors. If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony and cocktail hour will move indoors.
Parking is not being offered at the venue. The hotel where we have reserved rooms for guests is within walking distance of the venue. Guests using the Woltjen Casey room block have access to daily parking at a discounted rate of $35/day.
Elevators are available at the venue for all who need them to transition between floors.
