Hampton Inn & Suites Huntington Downtown

For your convenience, a room block has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Huntington Downtown. When booking your stay, please use the reservation link provided to book your room and receive the discounted group rate as part of our wedding block. Reservations need to be made by September 25! Guests staying at the hotel are invited to join us for breakfast at the hotel the morning after the wedding. We’d love the opportunity to spend a little more time together before everyone heads home!

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

November 8, 2026 5:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will depart promptly at **5:15 PM** and arrive at **5:30 PM** in time for cocktail hour. Please plan to be ready and waiting in advance of departure, as this will be the **only shuttle available**. We strongly encourage all guests to arrive early to ensure they do not miss the shuttle.

Shuttle from Venue to Hotel

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the reception. The shuttle will arrive at **10:45 PM** and will depart promptly at **11:30 PM**. Please plan accordingly, as this will be the **only return shuttle available**. Guests are encouraged to be ready and board on time to ensure a smooth departure back to the hotel.
