Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Owls Hoot Barn is an indoor/outdoor venue. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and bonfire will be taking place outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie. Visit our Lodging & Travel page for further details. For those staying at Spark by Hilton, the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, but most rooms should be ready by 2:00 PM to accommodate guests using the wedding shuttles.

Yes, for those driving there will be parking available at the wedding venue. A parking attendant will be there to guide you.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We cannot accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
