Wedding Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden and Formal Attire: Tuxes, gowns, suits, cocktail dresses, sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats are all welcome!

We will be serving traditional Chinese 10-course meal for all our guests. The Wedding menu consists of the following: - Assorted Cold Meat in "Teo Chew" style - Stir Fried Coral Clams and Shrimps w/ Greens - Pan Fried Whole Scallop wrapped in Bacon w/ Greens - Braised Sea Cucumber and Assorted Seafood Soup - Braised Sliced Abalone w/ Black Mushrooms and Greens - Roasted Duck wrapped in Sweet Bread - Baked Live Lobster w/ Superior Stock - Steamed Fresh Live Fish - Chef's House Fried Rice w/ Assorted Seafood - Sweet Dates w/ Sweet Taro in "Teo Chew" style We shall also provide any of our guest a Vegetarian option or if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know in the notes below.
