FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear whatever you'd like! Don cocktail attire or experiment with textures and patterns or really just come as you are - all are welcome. The ceremony will be outdoors on the big lawn right by the picnic house, so you'll probably be happier in comfy shoes.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, of course! Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some reserved parking, but it is limited and we'd love to keep those few spots reserved for guests with mobility needs - please let us know if you need a parking spot! Otherwise, there are 40 parking spaces by the nearby Litchfield Villa, though those are open to the public and first-come-first-serve. Alternatively, there is street parking in Park Slope but it can get competitive. Public transit or Uber/Lyft may be easiest. The closest entrance to the park is near the 7th Avenue F/G train stop.

Question

What are your COVID safety procedures?

Answer

We love you guys! Because each of you are precious to us we respectfully require proof of full vaccination and a negative COVID antigen test within 24 hours of our event upon arrival. At-home tests are fine! Please have your proof of vaccination ready and a photo on your phone of your negative at-home test next to something with today's date, like a newspaper or your computer menu bar. We will also have a limited number of antigen tests available at the venue. To ensure compliance with regulations, an attendant will check these items for each guest upon arrival to the indoor venue.
