Our Story

The Wedding Website of Jules Dutra and Shiloh Kocelj

This all started on Instagram. Jules shot the first shot in 2018, which was a complete miss. Afterwards, Shiloh shot his own shot (several times) and, with that, flickering crushes developed. In 2022, the universe vibrated & stars aligned, the timing was perfect & the last shot was shot. Very quickly, our hearts connected on a level neither of us had experienced & it didn't take long for a flight to be booked. From the very first moment we saw each other, we knew. Jules came down the escalator at SFO & jumped into Shiloh's arms & it felt like we were finally home. A stranger jokingly asked, "Do you guys know each other?", to which we both replied, "WE JUST MET!". The first place that Shiloh took Jules was Potem Falls (pictured below). This is where we processed this strange, new feeling. This is where we realized this was the beginning of our forever. This is where we first silently promised our hearts to each other, & years later, emphatically declared this promise to the world.
