A shuttle will be running back and forth between the Woodloch Springs guest homes and our venue. Golf carts are available at the venue for those who need walking assistance.
Formal attire is requested (Suit & Tie for Men, Midi to Floor-Length dresses for Women). As our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, please dress accordingly and bring a jacket if needed!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, followed by cocktail hour which will be indoor and outdoor (under a heated awning, if needed). The reception will be indoors.
Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 pm, as we plan to begin the ceremony promptly at 4pm.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Inn where both our ceremony and reception will be held.
