When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Manor House Estate in Hammondsport, NY. The ceremony and reception will be held here.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP no later than August 15, 2026. You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab and searching your name or sending us a text or email at WardstockWedding2026@gmail.com, and we will do it for you.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with you, if you have not responded by August 15, we will unfortunately have to mark you as 'not attending' due to our vendors needing an exact count.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that everyone arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure a smooth timeline.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Partially! The ceremony will be held outdoors, then cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up! We kindly request that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or cream colors.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. The only children in attendance will be the groom's brother and sister. We hope you understand, and we are so excited to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests who were not stated on your invitation or in the RSVP tab.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have complimentary beer, wine, and seltzers, and a cash bar for cocktails!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Music must be off by 10 PM, and all guests must exit by 11 PM.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We've reserved a limited block of rooms at Best Western Plus, located at 142 Lake Street in Penn Yann. Rooms can be booked under the group name "Ward Kendall Wedding" through August 18th. This hotel is also where our wedding day shuttle will pick up and drop off guests.

What if the block is full or I want to stay elsewhere?
