Should I procrastinate on travel booking?

Answer

No. Book your travel ASAP as Redmond (RDM) is a small airport, and rental cars & accommodations are limited. Our weekend is turning out to be quite popular and we are getting married in an area with several other venues. We are encouraging guests to take off Friday, June 16th, and Monday, June 19th (Juneteenth). Please see the guest list to coordinate travel, and it would be greatly appreciated if folks could share rental cars to ensure availability and limit congestion onsite. Any car type will be just fine at the venue.

Is there a Room Block?

Answer

There is room block for immediate family and the wedding party. We aren't billionaires just yet, and couldn't secure one for the entire guest list. If you are already accounted for in the room block, you have been kindly informed by either the bride or groom. For all others, please see the "Travel" tab for housing suggestions.

What should I bring?

Answer

June weather can be tricky, so come prepared for the elements (rain & cold weather). Please bring garden attire (semi formal) for the wedding day, and casual clothing for the rest! There will be a theme for the Brew Bus - stay tuned for that :) Additionally, there is great hiking in the area so athletic gear is always a good idea, as well as a bathing suite as there is a river at House on Metolius, and a lake at Suttle Lodge.

What can't I bring?

Answer

No fireworks, drug use, or smoking is permitted on any of the premises. Also, I don't want to see a single bowtie at this wedding. It's not the vibe and you will be asked to remove it.
