Question

Is there a hotel block booked for guests?

Answer

Due to the pandemic most hotels were not offering the option to book a block of rooms. Instead they were offering discount links which can be found under the travel tab.

Parking?

Answer

There is a pay parking lot across the street from the venue that is accessible on weekends. There is also a bus depot right outside the venue and Uber is available in the city.

Dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail/ semiformal. The ceremony will be held outdoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

July 1 2022. Our venue needs our numbers for meals and seating one month before the event. Please RSVP on our wedding website.

Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attended?

Answer

There is currently no vaccine requirement in the province but we would apricate if you considered getting vaccinated before attending.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available during the reception and dance.

How do I get to the ceremony location?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the outdoor patio. You can access it through the gate to the left of the main entrance or by going in the main door and taking a right.

Can I attend all events?

Answer

Please only attend the events that you have RSVP'd to. The ceremony is for family and a few select guests. All guests are invited to attend the reception.
