What precautions will be taken in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

We had hoped for an outdoor wedding, but Utah weather has other plans- there may be some rain and dinner inside. We request all guests be fully vaccinated to keep our family, friends, and patients as safe as possible and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Masks are optional but encouraged for those at high risk. If you are unable to be vaccinated, we will look forward to celebrating with you in a different way! Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding COVID-19, getting the vaccine, or the logistics associated with our wedding.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be an air conditioned school bus shuttle from Park City Peaks Hotel, leaving by 4:00 PM sharp. Please see the tab Schedule for more details. You are also absolutely welcome to drive and park at TAG Ranch.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We initially planned for a hot and sunny wedding as is typical for our drought ridden state- however, Utah weather has other plans! We recommend checking out the weather forecast for Coalville, UT to plan appropriately. Would bring a jacket and be prepared for rainy moments! Otherwise, dressed down cocktail attire is appropriate. Suit jackets optional! Would also recommend against stiletto heels due to soft ground.
