Do you have a registry?

Answer

We’re so thankful that you’re celebrating with us—your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for! We know you took valuable time, PTO, money, and planning to attend the wedding, and we don’t expect anything beyond that. We’re not registered anywhere, but if you’d still like to give a gift, there will be a card box at the wedding.

When will my payment be processed?

Answer

All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process. In the event that the credit card is declined, a notification will be sent to the email address that was provided during the booking process along with a link where the client will be able to enter the updated payment details. You will have 24 hours to complete this process or the room will be cancelled. If the room gets cancelled due to a lack of payment after the expiration date of the Promocode, a new room must be reserved without the Promocode and will be subject to the rate that is available at the moment of making the new reservation.

What dates are you going to be there?

Answer

We will be there from 10/1-8 and the wedding will be on 10/6, so feel free to arrive/depart any day that works for you. The hotel just has a 3-night minimum requirement for weddings.

Are kids welcome?

Of course! We selected this hotel specifically because it is family friendly. We love kids and would love you to be able to bring yours if you wish! Kids clubs and babysitting services are available onsite.

Will I need a passport to travel to Cancun?

Yes, or a Mexican visa if you do not have a US passport. Please make sure to check your passport’s expiration date!
