Judy's family is HUGE and the vineyard is not large enough for them. Her parents would also like a cultural celebration and so, we are throwing two events 🫠In July, we’ll be hosting a private, traditional Chinese tea ceremony for family followed by a large Chinese banquet to celebrate with extended family and friends. Our wedding, the main event, will actually be in September and will be a more intimate celebration done our way.
We chose to host the Welcome Event on Thursday so we could spend more time with all of you in a relaxed, unhurried setting. It also leaves Friday open to explore the area, connect with friends and family, or simply enjoy the weekend at your own pace. We know many of you are traveling to celebrate with us, and we wanted the weekend to feel enjoyable rather than rushed. Join us for as much or as little of the weekend as you'd like. We'll be happy to see you no matter what.
We recommend staying in Solvang as it is walkable, offers more food options, and more things to do. We also recommend staying in Buellton for a more budget-friendly stay. Visit our Travel page for more details and recommendations!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited space, we will be transporting guests to the venue via shuttles. Pick-up and drop-off locations will be in Buellton and/or Solvang. We are still finalizing the details. Stay tuned for details regarding Welcome Event transportation.
