To The Good Life

We met at work. The story about HOW we met is debatable. He is convinced that I skipped out on a company event... while I have photos of that said event. The official OFFICIAL meeting was at a work conference at the Mohegan Sun Casino where Kevin struck up a conversation by accusing me (Judith) of NOT making the event I had photos of....queue me being a bossy boots and busting out my twitter and Snapchat's from the event to prove him very wrong. A few hours of gambling, laughing and comparing Suriname to Trinidad later...and #SuddenlyCooper

Kevin's Point of View: The plan came together nicely around Judith's May Birthday and I nervously bought the rings and hid them in our house week's prior to visiting #CompassPoint in the Bahamas (one of our favorite places to visit) . I had this elaborate plan about proposing on a pier that we love and on the day of the proposal all my plans fell to pieces as there was an ACTUAL wedding happening on my planned location. I kept nagging her about getting closer to the pier after having lunch on the adjoining patio --- but if you know Judith...nagging and nagging won't cut it... I decided to just play along after watching the other wedding setup and said... "would you marry me babe?" and she responded with a loving "of course I would"....not realizing it wasn't just playtime based on the setting.... then I just pulled the box out on the lunch table...3 minutes later she was still staring at me stunned and confused. But she said YES.
