Oakland International Airport is roughly a 35-minute drive (depending on traffic) and San Francisco International Airport is a 45-minute drive to the area. The Best Western Novato Oaks can usually pick people up from the Novato airporter stop (it's a mile from the hotel), call them in advance to inquire about this.
