Question

What is the attire? (What should I wear)

Answer

Casual Wedding Attire folks! Dress up as much as you'd like or keep it laid back and more casual, we support you! Funky patterns, bold colors, fancy hats, flowy dresses/skirts, whatever makes you feel good, fun and fancy! Keep in mind: This will be an OUTDOOR wedding so wear layers for warmer temps during the day and colder weather in the evening, and footwear that will be comfortable on the lawn. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out

Question

What kind of weather should we expect?

Answer

In early September, northern Vermont temps can range quite a bit (60s-80s high during the day and 40-60s low in the evening/night time), so we suggest checking the weather up to the day you're leaving/arriving, coming prepared for any weather, and bringing layers! If there is any remaining humidity, we suggest bringing bug spray. If it is going to rain, we will have two very large tents (one with siding) for the ceremony and reception. But we are wishing, hoping, and praying for good weather (help manifest this with us!!).

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

YES! Your kiddos are more than welcome! We are hoping to have some tables (maybe even a small EZ up) reserved for some games & activities for kids. If you would like to bring anything specific, feel free! Just be ready to potentially share... ;) We are also going to do our best to have at least one kid/child option for dinner. But please reach out to us if there are any dietary restrictions/questions. You're also welcome to bring whatever snack/food you would like for your kid/s. If you need a highchair, we ask that you reach out to us in advance or bring your own, you're welcome to do that of course! That said, no pressure to bring the kids if you would also like an excuse to get away ;)

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have use of several acres of land over the weekend, and on Saturday there will absolutely be enough parking for everyone. You will be walking on grass, so come prepared with footwear for this too if possible.

Question

Are there any rules/restrictions?

Answer

Reminder that this is a working farm and it is important to be respectful of their land and space. While this is going to be an amazing weekend, there are rules and restrictions set by the venue that are important for all of us to follow: -No Fireworks -Guests are not allowed to use house bathrooms, there will be bathrooms on site specifically for guests (we will have signs also, not to worry) -Please use dedicated trash/recycling and food scrap receptacles - we will be cleaning up ourselves on Sunday -No smoking under/inside the tent or in any buildings, smoking is allowed anywhere outside of these areas These will also be shared again at the wedding, and most importantly HAVE FUN!!!!

Question

Where will the Bride & Groom be staying for the wedding?

Answer

TBD....

Question

Will there be any other events/gatherings over the weekend?

Answer

TBD! We will send out any updates on this and if we need any additional RSVPs.

For all the days along the way
