Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton

After touring MANY hotels in the area the Embassy by Hilton truly stood alone! We believe you all will feel the same upon arrival. Please click the VIEW button to book your room with our wedding discount. Our block rate is $139 + taxes per night. The rate is good for up to five nights-- July 25th-July 30th. All rooms are first come first serve, so the sooner you reserve- the better! A credit card is required to hold the room but will NOT be charged until check-in. Reservations can be cancelled up until a week before the wedding without penalty. Our desire is for all of our guests to stay at the same hotel so we can spend the whole weekend together! The three discounted room options are: 1. King Suite Studio Bedroom with pull out couch 2. King Suite Two Rooms (bedroom and living room) with pull out couch 3. Double Queen Suite Two Rooms (bedroom and living room) with pull out couch ***The Embassy has a complimentary open bar as well as refreshments every evening from 5:30-7:30pm!

Flight

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

The drive from DFW Airport to Denton is about 35-40 minutes. Please try to book flights that do not coincide with rush hour (if a week-day!). Please arrange to Uber ($40 average car load rate), rent a car or be picked up if flying into DFW! **Dallas Love Field Airport is much further of a drive to Denton, but all Southwest Airline flights (and a few other airlines) fly in and out of Love Field.
