When should I RSVP by?

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an EXCAT guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Juaqlyne as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?

We encourage all guest to wear cocktail attire (please no jeans).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:15pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony"(no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Beer, seltzer, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
