Juanyee and I met in 2016 during our senior year of high school and we have been inseparable ever since. Juanyee never hesitated to show his interest in me and slowly but surely he won me over with his effortless humor and his genuine soul. He always made sure I was fed and kept a smile on my face. As we grew closer, I met his family who took me in and treated me as their own still to this day. We spent day in and day out together and supported each others continuous evolution. I worked and went to school right after we graduated and Juanyee stayed by my side for the entire journey. I always expressed to him my wish not to get married until I finished nursing school and he respected my wish through and through. One year after graduating, we took a trip to the Dominican Republic for my 25th birthday and on that day he asked me to marry him and without any hesitation I said yes. So now we are here preparing to say I do to the rest of our lives together!
Brianna and I first met during the final weeks of high school. It all began the day I expressed my interest and offered to treat her to some pancakes. Since that moment, she hasn’t left my side, proving that food truly is the way to her heart. Who would have thought that a simple stack of pancakes from IHOP would lead me to the love of my life? From that day forward, Brianna has shown me nothing but genuine love and unwavering support. Over the years, I came to realize just how vital she is to my life. I knew she was the one when I noticed how she stood by me through both my good and bad decisions, embracing my flaws along the way. All I needed to do was keep a smile on her face and food in her stomach, and everything else just fell into place. So, during her 25th birthday vacation in the Dominican Republic, I decided it was the perfect moment to pop the question. As we walked to dinner at the resort, we stumbled upon a photographer, and I knew it was the right time to ask her to marry me. Of course, she said yes 6 or 7 times, so I’m sure she truly meant it! And now, here we are, preparing to lock it all in, throw away the key, and create history.
