Evie Blanco is my closest sister in Christ, and I am beyond honored to have her standing beside me on my wedding day. Our friendship began when I first walked into SoulFire during one of the darkest seasons of my life. When I struggled to love myself, Evie never stopped loving me. She accepted me exactly as I was and faithfully pointed me toward Jesus through her words, her actions, and her unwavering grace. She has been so much more than a mentor, coach, or friend—she has become family. Through her wisdom and example, she has shown me what a Christ-centered life, friendship, and marriage can look like. Watching the way she loves others and honors God has challenged me to grow in my own faith and prepared me for this next chapter with Jacob. I truly cannot imagine marrying the love of my life without Evie by my side. Her guidance, encouragement, and sisterhood have been priceless gifts in my life, and I am forever grateful that God brought our paths together.

Jenna and I have been friends for almost 10 years. We met while serving together at On The Border shortly after I started working there. We were complete opposites, but somehow God had other plans, and from the moment we connected, we became inseparable. We call each other ✨Soul Sisters✨ because we truly believe soulmates aren’t limited to romance. Sometimes God places a friend in your life who is meant to walk alongside you through every season, and that’s exactly who Jenna has been for me. I’ve had the incredible honor of standing beside her as her Maid of Honor, and now I get the blessing of having her stand beside me on one of the most important days of my life. She has been with me through some of my darkest moments and my greatest joys, always loving me, my children, and my family as if they were her own. Jenna has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. We’ve always accepted each other exactly as we are, and even as life has taken us down different paths, we’ve never doubted that we’re only one phone call away. I am endlessly grateful that God brought us together and blessed me with a forever friend and true Soul Sister. 🤍

Brittney and I have been friends since our On The Border days, and over the past eight years, we’ve been through so much together. She has stood by my side during some of the hardest seasons of my life and never once walked away. Even more special, she’s stayed through my growth, celebrating the woman God has shaped me to become. Having Brittney stand beside me on my wedding day is such an incredible honor. As I say “I do” to my forever, I couldn’t imagine not having one of my dearest friends there with me. Although life has taken us miles apart, she’ll always be my person, and I know she’s only ever a phone call away. Our friendship has stood the test of time, distance, and life’s many ups and downs, and I am beyond grateful to call her one of my very best friends. I love you, Brittney. 🤍

I still remember the day Brittney 💜 told me she was pregnant with Mary Jo. I was overjoyed for her because I knew she was going to be an incredible mom. She has always loved and cared for my children as if they were her own, and watching her step into motherhood has been such a blessing. Having Brittney by my side as one of my bridesmaids is an honor, but having her sweet daughter, Mary Jo, as our flower girl makes it even more special. Mary Jo has never met a stranger she lights up every room she walks into with her joyful spirit, infectious personality, and endless laughter. She is full of life, makes friends wherever she goes, and brings so much happiness to everyone around her. Mary Joe, thank you for being my flower girl. Spencer is much more than Jacob’s cousin—he’s one of his closest friends. Growing up together, they’ve shared countless memories, laughs, and life experiences that have built a lifelong bond. One of our favorite traditions is celebrating the Fourth of July together each year with our families. Whether we’re enjoying fireworks, making new memories, or gathering for family dinners, time spent with Spencer is always something we look forward to. Jacob has always admired Spencer’s friendship, loyalty, and the way he shows up for the people he loves. We are so grateful to have him standing beside us on our wedding day and to celebrate this special chapter with someone who has meant so much to our family over the years.

Matt is Jacob’s best friend and Best Man, and there couldn’t be a more fitting person to stand by his side. Their friendship began in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. Through every season of life, Matt has been a loyal friend, constant encourager, and someone Jacob has always been able to count on. Some of our favorite evenings are the simple ones—having Matt over for game nights, playing cards, sharing lots of laughs, and unplugging from the busyness of life to simply enjoy each other’s company. Those moments have become some of our favorite traditions. Matt was the very first friend Jacob introduced me to when we started dating, and from the very beginning, he welcomed our relationship with genuine support and encouragement. We are so grateful for his friendship, his unwavering loyalty, and the many memories we’ve shared together. We are so excited to have him help carry our rings and be part of such a special moment. It means even more to us knowing that he’ll be sharing this experience alongside his dad, Spencer. Having both father and son as part of our wedding party is something we’ll always cherish, and we can’t wait to watch them create this special memory together.

We are incredibly honored to have our dear friend, Steve, officiate our wedding. Over the past year, Steve has become so much more than a friend to us. He has been a faithful mentor, teacher, and source of wisdom in our lives. His love for the Lord and commitment to living out his faith have had a profound impact on both of us, especially on Juanita’s spiritual journey and walk with Christ. Steve has been a constant source of encouragement, always willing to offer biblical wisdom, personal guidance, and a listening ear whenever we’ve needed it. He has celebrated our victories, prayed with us through challenges, and continually pointed us back to God’s purpose for our relationship. We are beyond grateful for his friendship, his unwavering support, and the example he sets of what it means to love others well. Having him stand with us and lead our wedding ceremony is a true blessing, and we couldn’t imagine a more meaningful person to help us begin this next chapter of our lives together.
