How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSPV via the website, please navigate to the home page and click on "RSVP" at the bottom, or naviagte to the "RSVP" tab. To RSVP via the QR code provided on the invite, simply scan the QR code.

Please RSVP by 12/22/25.

Can I bring a guest that is not listed on my invitation?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed to those included on your RSVP page in Zola. If someone doesn’t appear there, we’re unfortunately not able to accommodate additional guests. Please check your RSVP details to see who is invited—we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone included!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the AC Hotel Tallahassee and Aloft Tallahassee Downtown for your convenience. Please visit the "lodging" tab for links to book. There are also other great accommodations nearby. Please keep in mind that the booking links will expire on 12/22/25.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 3:45pm so we can start the ceremony promptly at 4pm.

What is the weather/venue like?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the outdoor courtyard of the venue and the reception will take place inside the main ballroom.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Formal transportation will not be provided. The venue has ample parking available and rideshare options are easily accessible.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails. Come thirsty!

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. Feel free to take all the photos you like at the reception!
