Guest Arrival & Pre-Ceremony Mingle

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

After parking around the side of the building in the back parking lot, head to the outdoor patio where you’ll find refreshments and hors d’oeuvres waiting. Feel free to mingle, explore the grounds, and snap some photos while we get ready.

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

When you hear the music you’ll be invited to make your way to the Garden Room for the ceremony. We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during this time. This is an unplugged ceremony so we can all be fully present together — our photographers will capture everything for you to enjoy later!

Cocktail Hour & Photos

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

After the ceremony, join us back out on the patio for cocktail hour! Enjoy signature drinks, tasty bites, and plenty of time to mingle. We’ll also have a fun photo rotation set up to snap some creative shots of everyone with the newly weds so be sure not to miss out!

Dinner Reception

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

After cocktail hour, we’ll gather inside the Conservatory for an intimate dinner surrounded by the people we love most. We’re bringing together the best of both our worlds — a delicious blend of Texas barbecue and Colombian dishes — so get ready to share in a meal that’s close to our hearts. As you dine, enjoy toasts, a sweet slideshow of memories, and a fun little game to help you learn even more about the bride and groom.

First Dances

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

After dinner, we’ll kick off the fun with our first dances — we kindly ask everyone to pause and enjoy these special moments with us. Once the dance floor opens, it’s time to celebrate! Don’t forget to check out the photo prop station while the party amps up — we can’t wait to see the creative (and maybe a little silly) memories you’ll help capture.

Sunset Farewell

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm

As the last light hits the sky, please join us for our sunset exit — we’ll toss flower petals and send off the newlyweds for some unforgettable, golden-hour photos! While this is the perfect time for grandparents and non-party guests to make a graceful exit, the celebration is far from over. The newlyweds will be back shortly, ready to dance the night away and make even more amazing memories with everyone!

Party Games & More Dancing

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

After a quick reset, the couple will make a later entrance to kick off the final, high-energy part of the night. We’ll fill the evening with music, laughter, and a few fun little games. Get ready to hit the dance floor, let loose, and help us end the night on an unforgettable, joy-filled high — we can’t wait to celebrate it all with you!
