Question

Is the trip on Sunday July 4th to Little French Key mandatory? What is the cost?

Answer

The trip to Little French Key is not mandatory, however, all of our guests are invited to join us on the excursion. Little French Key is an tiny island/"key" right off the coast of Roatan. They have a mini zoo on the ground, along with breathtaking beaches and water. They have several packages; the one we will be selecting includes entrance to the private island, round-trip transportation, a meal, two drink tickets, free access to snorkeling and paddle-boarding gear, and beach chairs and umbrella rental, all from 8 am to 5 pm for the price of $65. Please RSVP with the bride and groom ASAP if you will be attending.

Question

Is there a babysitting service available?

Answer

Yes! The hotel does have babysitting service available. Prices depend on the final number of children. If you want to use this service for the reception, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can begin to work on the cost. Thank you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the beach, and the reception will be beach-front, so wear something comfortable! For ladies we recommend sandals or nice flip flops. For gentlemen, we recommend boat shoes. We ask that you please avoid jeans and sneakers.

Question

Should we bring cash?

Answer

We highly recommend bringing American cash with you on your trip, especially if you choose to stay at a non-all-inclusive hotel. Roatan is a very popular tourist attraction, so most locations accept American dollars. The cash can be useful for any expenses outside of what's included in Mayan Princess, including any excursions, local shopping, etc.

Question

What is the best way to confirm information or inquire about a reservation with Mayan Princess?

Answer

For any inquiry for reservations with the hotel, please email reservations@mayanprincess.com or contact our assigned contact Michelle Flores via WhatsApp.

Question

Is there any discount available for hotels?

Answer

If you book directly with Mayan Princess Beach and Dive Resort, they will offer a 15% discount as a courtesy for our guests. We HIGHLY SUGGEST booking as soon as possible with Mayan Princess, as they are extremely popular and fill up very quickly.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

On the RSVP card sent with your invitation, it specifies the number of seats given to you. If we are able to give any additional plus ones, we will be contacting people individually.
