Yes but would recommend to take an Uber/Lyft because finding a parking would be difficult

Indoor because month of June is hot in Las Vegas that the temperature could go up to 100 F or more

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Light pink or Light blue.
