Do I get a plus one if there is not one on my invitation?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but we’re only able to host the guest(s) whose name is included on the invitation. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate together!

When do I need to arrive at Club Lake Venue?

Answer

Our guests are welcome to arrive at 4:30pm. We ask that you please be seated by 4:50pm as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

What will the weather be like for the outdoor portion of the wedding?

Answer

Last year, October ranged from upper 60’s to lower 80’s.

Is parking available if we decide to drive ourselves?

Answer

Yes, there is a large lot for individuals parking their own vehicles. HOWEVER, there will be an open bar so we strongly discourage drinking & driving…..P.S. there will be a lot of cops on the guest list :)

Where should I fly into if I’m traveling from out of state / country?

Answer

SFB and MCO are both about 30-40 minutes (depending upon traffic) to the recommended hotel - Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center. The recommended hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue.

Can I take my own videos & pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or videos — our photographer & videographer has it covered! We have requested not only coverage of us, but also of all of the guests genuine interactions. If you would like to get a picture with the couple after the ceremony - don’t be afraid to ask the photographer!

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be transporting guests to and from the venue ONLY from the recommended hotel - Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center. There will be two rounds of trips. If you fail to make it on the shuttle bus, the hotel offers a small van that holds up to nine guests, however timeliness and availability of this van is not guaranteed.

Will my children be allowed to attend?

Answer

While we would love for your kiddos to attend, we kindly request this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding & let’s party!
