We met in Chattanooga two years ago, and on our very first date one of us said something that felt unexpected but completely right: “I feel like I’ve known you for ten years.” From that moment, our story began. Since then, we’ve traveled, laughed, learned, and grown together—and now we’re so excited to begin this new chapter side by side. We never imagined we’d fall in love across cultures: a Japanese girl and a Salvadoran guy. Yet here we are, showing the world that love doesn’t understand languages, borders, or differences. Love is simply about choosing each other, being present, and building a life together.
