DTW - Detroit Airport is about 45 mins away from where we live. It is a major airport servicing multiple airlines and is a Delta hub. Or TOL - Toledo Airport is about 45 mins away from where we live. It is a smaller airport and flight patterns may vary.

Unfortunately Ubering to the designated hotel will be difficult and a robust public transit system isn't available. We recommend our guest flying here to rent a car. We will have a shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding venue.

Our shuttle service will go back and forth from the venue to the Toledo West Gate area. There are 5 hotels in the general area. We were able to get hotel blocks for 2 of the 5 hotels totaling to 40 rooms. We can add more as needed. Bookings for the discounted rates need to be completed by 7/1/2025. We will be getting a shuttle service that will make rounds back and forth to the venue and hotel. You are welcome to use the shuttle service. There will parking available at the venue as well but we encourage everyone to either use the shuttle or have car pool and have a designated driver. We want everyone to be safe as we celebrate our union. If you chose to use the shuttle, please no food, drinks, smoking, confetti or glitter or bodily fluids (throwing up). Each violations will come with a bill.

También habrá estacionamiento disponible en el lugar, pero recomendamos a todos que utilicen el servicio de transporte o compartan el automóvil y tengan un conductor designado. Queremos que todos estén seguros mientras celebramos nuestra unión. Si elige utilizar el servicio de transporte, porfavor de no tener comida, bebidas, fumar, confeti, brillantina ni fluidos corporales (vomita) en el autobus. Cada infracción tendrá un costo.
