¿Qué pasa si no confirmo mi asistencia a tiempo?

Answer

Lamentablemente, no podremos acomodarte si confirmas tu asistencia tarde. Lo más tarde en que se pueda confirmar será Abril 30, 2026. Necesitamos el número exacto de invitados a nuestros proveedores antes de una fecha específica. Aunque enviaremos recordatorios y las invitaciones con anticipación, te pedimos que confirmes lo antes posible.

¿Hospedaje y vuelos será cada uno por su cuenta?

Answer

El hospedaje y los vuelos serán cubiertos por cada invitado. Sin embargo, al reservar por medio de los novios, podrán disfrutar de una tarifa especial con descuento en el hotel.

Answer

Semi-formal. Hay una sección en la página web con más detalles sobre el código de vestimenta y la temática.

¿Puedo llevar un acompañante/pareja?

Answer

Debido a la capacidad limitada, solo podremos acomodar a las personas específicamente mencionadas en tu invitación. Si tienes alguna pregunta, ¡no dudes en contactarnos!

¿La recepción y la ceremonia son en el mismo lugar?

Answer

¡Si! Nuestra ceremonia se llevará a cabo en La Pergola, seguida de la recepción en La Terraza, dentro del resort.

¿Puedo tomar fotos?

Answer

Tendremos una ceremonia sin dispositivos (sin teléfonos ni cámaras). Queremos que nuestros invitados estén completamente presentes mientras decimos "Sí, acepto". Hemos contratado profesionales para capturar este momento especial y prometemos compartir las fotos tan pronto como las recibamos. Después de la ceremonia, ¡siéntanse libres de tomar todas las fotos y videos que quieran!

¿Que dia sera mejor llegar a Cancún?

Llegar al hotel un dia antes de la boda (Dia de Boda: Octubre 3, 2026) es una excelente idea para asegurarte de tener suficiente tiempo acomodarse en el hotel.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. The latest you will be able to confirm your attendance to our wedding will be April 30th, 2026. We will need to provide our coordinator an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Does each person cover their own flight and stay?

Answer

Accommodation and flights will be covered by each guest. However, by booking through the couple, guests will be able to enjoy a special discounted hotel rate.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any question, don't hesitate to reach out!

Are the reception and ceremony in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will be at Dreams Jade Hotel & Spa. Ceremony will be at La Pergola and reception will be at La Terraza.

What day should I arrive at the hotel?

Answer

Arriving to the hotel the day prior to the wedding day (Wedding day: October 3rd, 2026) is a great idea to be sure you're able to settle in before the wedding day.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or camera). We really want for our guests to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
