What is the attire?

Answer

The wedding style is 'Tropical Prohibition', attire is whatever makes you feel fabulous. Refer to our "What To Wear" page for more detailed information if you would like to participate in the 'Tropical Prohibition' style.

Is there a password for the speakeasy?

Answer

Yes, in order to enter the speakeasy reception you will need to recite the password. We have made this very easy. Password: "I forgot the password"

Is there transportation from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be able to provide transportation. The two venues are less than a mile apart so walking is a convenient option. Typical ride share such as Uber and Lyft are available. Parking may be difficult so we highly recommended staying close and sharing rides.

Are plus one or additional guests invited?

Answer

Everyone is invited to the ceremony. Due to the limited capacity of the reception venue, we are unable to accommodate additional guests at this time, as we’ve had to significantly reduce our guest list. If you would like to add someone, please don’t hesitate to reach out—should space become available, we would be happy to accommodate them on a first come, first serve basis.

Are children invited?

Answer

Everyone is invited to the ceremony. Unfortunately, due to the limited capacity of the reception venue, we are unable to accommodate children at this time. If you would like to include your children at the reception, please don’t hesitate to reach out—should space become available, we would be happy to accommodate them on a first come, first serve basis. We will also do our best to assist with childcare.

Can you help with childcare?

Answer

The Ancient City offers is plenty of fun things to do with children, and we would love to see them. If you need childcare for the night please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to put you in touch with trusted care.

If my older kids come, can they babysit during the reception?

Answer

Funny you should ask! Of course, we would love to be able to provide that for anyone who may need it. Our loved ones helping our loved ones is ideal. Please reach out if you plan to bring older kids with you for the weekend that can assist with childcare. Who can't use some extra spending money? Win, win.
