FAQs

If you have questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Jaylin or Trey.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in February! You can RSVP at your convenience. Please respond by May 1, 2026, with either "yes" or "no". This allows us to provide our vendors with an accurate count prior to the wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 11:30 a.m. Our venue does not permit guests to enter the ceremony space before 11:15 am. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 11:15 am to ensure parking and finding a seat before the event starts.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue for all guests! There are handicap spots available for guests who may need this accommodation. There will NOT be a shuttle service back to the hotel block. Therefore, we kindly encourage everyone to drive safely!!! If you plan to celebrate with a drink or two, please consider using a rideshare or carpooling. Your safety means the world to us!

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

If the weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we kindly ask that only children aged 9 years or older attend the wedding. We encourage you to use this as a date to get out and have some fun! Invited children will be listed on your invitation.

Question

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer who will be there to capture all the moments! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony has ended!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event, and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! For women, this includes, but is not limited to, formal midi or full-length dresses. For men, suits and tuxedos would be appropriate. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please no white.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue that you may book for the night! This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel!
