Hotel Information

We have set up hotel blocks at three hotels nearby our venue. These rooms will be released back to the hotel for general public booking 60 days before the event (5/25/26), so if you are planning to stay at one of these three options, please book before then. There are also numerous other great hotel options in and around the Appleton area. Our wedding overlaps with EAA AirVenture Oshkosh - due to this, we highly recommend booking accommodations as far in advance as possible - please reach out to us if you need any further information or help finding accommodations.

Flight

Air Travel

There are several airport options available. The closest airport to the venue is Appleton International Airport (ATW) - this is a smaller airport, but does have some direct options, along with connections through Chicago O'Hare or Minneapolis-St. Paul. The Second closest is Green Bay-Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB), but this is also on the smaller side. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) are the two larger airports in the area - both are approximately a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to the venue. Many wedding guests will be driving from Milwaukee and/or Madison to Brillion - if you're interested in carpooling, please reach out, we are happy to help try and coordinate.
