Come Hike our favorite hike in the area. Hanging Rock Mountain. 4.5 miles total, moderate elevation gain. Windy at the top- but stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Blue Ridge Parkway , Winery & Brewery

We wanted to include the Blue Ridge Parkway, this time of year the leaves are full of every orange-red color you can think of. The parkway is such a pretty drive with the mountains & leaves changing. Motorcycles & cars welcome, we'll start at our campground then head out to parkway, landing at Grandfather Winery & a little later BooneShine Brewery for foods & drinks. Feel Free to join us at any point of the trip.... were aiming for winery around 1:30 pm 225 Vineyard Lane, Banner Elk, NC 28604 & BooneShine maybe 4pm. 465 Industrial Park Drive, Boone, NC 28607 Bon Fire at property to follow.

Cocktail hour & Appetizers

Get here as early as 12 pm for day-games, drinking, & hanging out on our property. We're catering hor'dourves to munch on. (with full food served later on) We will have parking down the road before you get to us with a tractor hayride into our property. ~Look for the signs~ Parking address: field coordinates: (36.192859,-81.788643) Put this into you GPS google maps/apple maps to find parking! Directions: Soon after turning onto Dutch Creek Rd, you will see signs & parking on the RIGHT side of the road at our neighbor's field. Proceed to park- a tractor is running back and forth to pick you all up. Tractor runs will be every 20 or so minutes from 1145 am - 1:45pm. If a hayride is needed and you are later than posted time- there will be a walkie talkie that you can call us on. Phone service isn't great out here in these parts & GPS is definitely recommended.
