Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be located at the Atrium. The venue will be roped off with clear markers around the bell tower. During the cocktail hour, everyone will have access to the indoor and outdoor areas with an open bar access. However, the ceremony and reception are both indoor events.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available in the garage near the Atrium. The public parking garage is located at 2100 Monroe Avenue. All cars in the garage after 6:00 pm require payment, even if you parked prior to 6:00 pm. The standard cost for parking (Monday-Wednesday) is a flat $3 for the whole evening.

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own, children included. Therefore, we regretfully inform our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

While it is not completely unplugged, we do have a photographer assigned to take amazing pictures of the day as well as a photobooth for everyone to enjoy during the cocktail hour and reception. During the ceremony, we hope you allow our photographer and videographer to take the best shots without interference from other flashes and screens. However, once the ceremony is complete, we would love for you to take pictures and even upload them to our hashtag #ATaleofTwoSwanns

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the Memphian Hotel since it is the closest accommodation to the Atrium.
