The primary way to RSVP is on the website. There should be a QR code and a link on your invitation to get to the RSVP location. If you aren't able to utilize the website, please reach out to Jenna directly and she can do your RSVP manually. As for the date, the RSVPs are due by June 30th.
You can show up as early as you wish, just give your name when you enter and say that you are with this wedding and they can look you up and let you in. We welcome folks to come early if they want to explore the entirety of the zoo.
The only thing we are requesting for our registry is a house down-payment fund. The link for the fund is on our "Registry" tab on the website. If you'd like to bring physical money or checks for the down-payment fund, that's perfectly fine! If you feel strongly about bringing a physical gift, that's alright, we just don't have anything that we need.
Somewhere within Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal. These words are borderline meaningless, so have a cheat sheet at the link below. https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet
No, Josh and I have been fairly particular in regard to only inviting people we truly know. If you feel strongly about bringing someone, reach out to Josh or I and the conversation can be broached.
Yes! Like with the plus ones, we've been particular about inviting everyone we feel strongly about being able to attend. Since the wedding is at the zoo, there are changing tables in the bathrooms as well as a playground for the kids to get their zoomies out at. Our ceremony is outdoors, so if kids aren't sitting happily, you can sneak out quietly and wander through the zoo.
Everywhere other than the ceremony itself, yes. The cocktail hour and reception both have air conditioning. If we could make the outside ceremony air conditioned, by God I would.
Unfortunately, no. We've been trying to simplify the wedding process and with so few people coming in from out of town, we opted out of a bus service. If you'd like rides, Jenna would be happy to put you in touch with other guests who can drop you off at hotels!
We have a giant parking lot with plenty of space for everyone. I will say, though, that there's some walking involved in getting from the main parking lot to the venue doors. You can always drop off folks near the door who aren't comfortable walking and then they can circumvent it.
Yes! If you take any particularly good ones, let Jenna or Josh know. Just don't elbow out our photographer, Jillian.
