Altitude

The wedding reception will be at about 8,000ft above sea level and the ceremony will take place at about 10,000 ft above sea level. For those of you traveling from lower elevations, please keep in mind that hydration is extremely important to limit your risk of altitude sickness. If you you know you have issues adjusting to altitude, it may make sense to arrive a day or two in advance to give your body time to adjust. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us. P.S. That first drink will hit you harder than you expect! Keep the water flowing!

Granby Ranch Ski Area

Our welcome party, ceremony, & reception will all be held at the same central location, Granby Ranch Ski Area. There are plenty of housing accommodations within a short distance of the venue along with many fun activities nearby & onsite including biking, hiking, fishing, rafting, golfing, boating, & more! Please see their website to explore the venue!

Shuttle

Wedding Day Shuttle

July 30, 2021 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please plan to drive to the venue and park in the base area parking lot before the ceremony. We will have a shuttle service return guests to their accommodations after the ceremony, but if you plan to leave your car at the venue overnight, please arrange to pick it up the following morning by 10 AM.

Denver International Airport

If you are one of our out own town guests, thank you! We are super appreciative of your effort to come celebrate our big day with us in Colorado. All major airlines fly into Denver with many time options. Granby Ranch is about 2 hours from the Denver airport, and we recommend renting a car for the journey. The rental car will come in handy with all the many fun activities available around Granby. . There are shuttle options available through private companies however, keep in mind if you plan to visit nearby attractions during your visit you may want to have a car. Also, Uber is pretty much non-existent in the area.

VRBO & AIRBnB

We recommend using either VRBO or AIRBnB to find lodging accommodations. There are a variety of options within a 2 mile radius of the venue ranging from large mountain homes for larger groups to small condos right beside the venue. IMPORTANT NOTE: When filtering for places to stay, please use the location 'GRANBY RANCH' NOT GRANBY to ensure you are close to the venue. Granby, is about a 15 minute drive from Granby Ranch and we plan to have a shuttle service for guests staying in Granby Ranch. There are plenty of options nearby.
