When can I expect an invitation? When should I RSVP?

Answer

Invitations were sent out in May. Please RSVP by June 10, 2021.

Do you need to know my meal choice?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate your dinner selection on your RSVP.

I have a food allergy or other dietary need. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please note any allergies or things we should know on your RSVP. We can pass this information on to the staff.

Question

I am uncomfortable sitting with people outside of my family at this time. Can I request to sit with certain people?

Answer

Yes! Please write on the back of your response card whom you would like to sit with. We will do everything we can to accommodate requests.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to please take their cues from the state and CDC guidelines at the time of the event, whatever they may be. We do recommend that you be cautious and considerate if you aren't or can't be vaccinated, or have vulnerable family members who cannot be vaccinated. You are welcome to wear a mask if needed or preferred.

Can I bring my children with me?

Answer

We respectfully ask that children and those under the age of 18 remain at home during the reception. We know that your children take priority, especially now, and we completely understand if this affects your decision to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. Please check the travel page for a link to reserve a room in our hotel block.

Is there transportation to and from the reception from the hotel?

Answer

Yes.

I am not staying overnight at the hotel. Will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

Guests who are not staying at the hotel will need to transport themselves to and from all events. Please drink responsibly if you plan to drive home following the reception!

Is parking available at the reception?

Answer

Yes! When entering the property, please follow the signs to the Belle Voir Manor.
