A beautiful spot on the Shiawassee River that is home to the Curwood Castle! The castle was built by James Oliver Curwood, an American action-adventure writer. Curwood used the castle as his own writing studio! There’s also the Heritage suspended footbridge crossing over the river, which has gorgeous views of the river and autumn trees!
