Where do I park for the reception?
Answer
Parking is available for free on the Lower Deck (entrance on Main Street) and the Upper Deck ( entrance on 8th St.)

How do I get to the Skyline rooftop?
Answer
When you enter the hotel building, at the bank of elevators, a host will ask if you are there for the reception. Upon confirmation, they will 'key' the elevator up to the appropriate floor. Please note: You will not be able to access the Skyline without hotel staff 'keying' you up.
Question
If I am a hotel guest, how do I get to the reception?
Answer
Please proceed to the main floor or the William & Henry elevators to be assisted by the hotel staff. You will not be able to reach the Skyline without being 'keyed up' by staff.
