Beamer and Jon Ross have been bff's since kindergarten. They did absolutely everything together growing up including playing soccer, making action movies with the video camera, and burning things. The Bible talks about a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Through highs and lows, Beamer is that friend.

Julia is Chelsea's slightly older, much cooler sister who's been with her through thick and thin. She's the Elphaba to Chelsea's Glinda, the Elsa to her Anna, the starry night to her sunshine. These two couldn't be more different, but their differences are what makes their bond strong. Julia is a beautiful, artistic, gentle yet strong soul, and anyone who knows her is blessed by her keen insight and loving support!

Justin and J.R. became friends while both attending Murray State University. Several years later, Justin offered J.R. his living room to sleep in when making the move from Georgia to Texas to start over. Justin was the main person there to support J.R. during the dark times of addiction. Their bond runs deep.
Kirsten Odegaard

Kirsten is Chelsea's fellow starving artist sister who, though they are almost ten years apart, is one of her closest confidents. They love going on spontaneous adventures with a very unclear agenda and sharing their passion for art and creativity. Kirsten is one of the wisest, kindest people Chelsea knows and a true gem.
Aaron Wakefield

Aaron and J.R. worked together at the Bureau of Engraving & Printing in Fort Worth. They immediately realized all of the commonalities they shared and became fast friends. Differing on some beliefs and views, respect has always been foundational to their friendship. Aaron is a fiercely loyal husband, father, and friend. They don't get more real than Aaron Wakefield.
Jessie Palmer

Jessie is Chelsea's so very smart and practical sister that is very patient with Chelsea's scattered brain. She has been an absolute rock for Chelsea when life has been tough and chaotic, being the sound of reason and calm. They are so very opposite in the best possible sense and have shared many awesome memories over the years.

Jim was J.R.'s sponsor post-rehab. This servant-hearted man was the primary guiding force the Lord used to teach J.R. how to live a healthy life. Jim is the epitome of steadiness and putting in the routine "daily maintenance" work; he is the guy who always "showed/shows up" no matter what.

Lauren is Chelsea's life-of-the-party sister who understands her zaniness like nobody else. She's her go-getter cheerleader and sympathetic sounding board. Lauren and Chelsea love a good music blasting/goofy dancing sesh, and you will usually find them talking about something fascinating. Chelsea has been shaped and blessed by Lauren's love and attention in so many ways!
Brady Flaspoehler

Brady was the closest in age, to Jon Ross, growing up in the large Flaspoehler cousins' clan. He took quite a bit of loving ridicule being the youngest boy in the fam, but it forged him into a strong man today. Brady is a kind soul, a good sport, and will always provide a helping hand where he is able. Brady has always been Jon Ross' favorite cousin.

Nina is Chelsea's gracious, social butterfly sister! Chelsea can always trust Nina to keep her in the loop as to what's chic and current, but more so, Chelsea treasures the keen insight she has for any situation. They have had so much fun singing together and exploring over the years, and now living in the same city, watching Nina's family grow, they've had more time to reconnect and do life together. Chelsea is so excited to have her near and standing next to her on her wedding day!

Although J.R. and Chase have only been friends for about a year, their friendship has been an exponential trajectory. Upon meeting Chase, it was obvious that he centers his life around authentically loving and sharing Jesus. Chase has been one of the main people in Nashville God has used to grow/challenge and be a faithful friend to J.R. in this transitional phase of his life.

Laura is Chelsea's soon to be sister-in-law, and though they haven't yet had much time to spend together, Chelsea can see how down-to-earth and considerate she is. She has been blessed by how kind and welcoming Laura has been to her, and she is so very excited to have her as a sister-in-law!

Tyler and J.R. attended Murray State University together where they quickly became friends. Tyler has always been the type of man who genuinely cares for, is willing to sacrifice anything for, and is loyal to his friends. He is the type of friend who J.R. calls after a while and they pick up right where they left off. In their cooler phases, they both have owned red sports cars with obnoxiously loud subwoofers. This is an elite group in which they share camaraderie.

Abby is one of Chelsea's closest friends. They have been through it all! From working together, volunteering together, living as roommates, and more, these girls have learned from each other and spurred each other on in their faiths. Abby is a sweet, generous soul who is always looking to build someone up. Chelsea has no idea where she would be without Abby! She's an absolute gift.

Dane is Chelsea's older brother. Though having only met J.R. once in California over Labor Day weekend, he blended the protective brother demeaner and genuine interest/respect-for-another-man well. J.R. is honored to have Dane as a groomsman on this special day.

They have seen each other in their most awkward high school/college days and cheered each other on through big life changes, relationships, and general shenanigans. Jackie is one of the most smart, fascinating women Chelsea knows, and she is so proud her! Jackie is invaluable to her, and Chelsea is so blessed to call her friend.

Dom is a solid brother to Chelsea. Upon meeting her new boyfriend, J.R., he immediately asked him what he was all about. He is a man of principle who fights for what he believes in. He showed patience while *trying to* teach an ol' Kentucky Boy how to surf. This young friendship has the makings of a good one.

Serina is one of Chelsea's closest friends from California! They been coworkers, roommates, and fellow goofballs. Serina truly understands Chelsea's quirks and funny ways of thinking, and they can always get down on some chocolate and coffee.
