FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tatum Yob and Jackson Raines
Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. As most know Tatum loves children and would LOVE to include all the amazing babies and kiddos. However we are very tight on space and unfortunately cannot accommodate for all of the amazing children in our lives.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to Uber/lyft from hotels downtown.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. For this reason we encourage you to Uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour will be outdoors. September is when it starts to get chilly in Flagstaff so plan accordingly! The average high is 74° and the average low is 46°.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will take place in the woods. We recommend wearing footwear that is comfortable and suitable for the terrain.
