Are there health and safety protocols in place?

Answer

Yes. With the safety of our guests and vendors in mind, we have chosen to take the route of a negative COVID-19 test result for all guests attending our wedding. All guests will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test. Guests must provide a negative COVID test that was conducted within 72 hours of the wedding using a PCR test. Guests can also get an Antigen test, and that test must be conducted no more than 24 hours before the wedding. Proof of negative COVID-19 test results can be verified by the guest providing a printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) OR an email/text from the test provider or laboratory. The provided information MUST include name of person tested, type of test performed, and date of negative test result. Again, for PCR, date of negative result must be within 72 hours of the event; for antigen, date of negative result must be within 24 hours of the wedding. Entry will not be permitted without proof of negative test results.

Are there hotel accommodations for guests?

A block of rooms has been reserved at 3 hotels for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the Jordan-Pollard Wedding when making your reservations. Kindly reserve your room by April 15, 2022. Please revisit our electronic wedding invitation for additional details.
