Meat the team that tolerates us, keeps us sane, makes us laugh, and will get us to the altar on time.

Julie Crisp

Maid of Honor

"Frister" is a friend that you love like a sister. While I can that about many of my friends, no one has been more like a sister than Julie. In fact, we've been asked if we are related more times than either of us can count. Maybe it was the matching outfits. She sat next to me when I threw up after recess in first grade, tolerated -- encouraged -- all my weirdness, and held my hand when I was afraid of the roller coaster (and the ferris wheel -- the small one). I am so honored that she will stand by my side and hold my hand on this special day.

Eric Reardon

Best Man

Eric and I met in Newport, RI in 2009 as students at the U.S. Naval War College. We had both just finished our foreign exchange tours overseas (Eric in Colombia, me in the UK), so we immediately hit it off and became fast friends. Eric is a uniquely funny person and I've enjoyed countless laughs and good times with him and his family. He even facilitated the infamous "Roast of JP Mantone" for my 30th birthday. We've stayed close since our naval careers moved us to opposite ends of the planet, and I'm deeply honored to have him as my Best Man.

Sara Williams

Bridesmaid

Sara and I have also know each other since first grade, but think of ourselves more like cousins. We have shared countless adventures and mischievous escapades together, that we not dare ever admit in writing. Sara's vivacious spirit, sense of humor, and fearlessness have made every moment unforgettable. When we're together, we're laughing, even if it's just at ourselves. Together, we are ready to create lasting memories and celebrate this special day with our unique brand of mischief and love.

Justin Dzakonski

Groomsman

Even though we both grew up on Long Island and attended Chaminade High School together, I didn't actually meet Justin until we crossed paths at Villanova University in 2000. Given our backgrounds, we very quickly became close friends and engaged in countless shenanigans around Villanova and on Long Island. Known affectionately as the "Cat," Justin has a wild sense of humor and might be the funniest human being that I've ever met. We've stayed close friends since we left college and he once showed at my doorstep in the UK with no notice. Despite his mischievous side, you can always "Trust in Justin."

Kosha Shah Eisenberg

Bridesmaid

Kosha and I have known each other since first grade, and I am credited for her love of country music thanks to my excellent DJ'ing skills during high school carpools. Kosha was always getting me into things -- but usually for the best. It was her idea for us to try out for junior high school cheer, which led to JV Cheer, and Varsity Song. We had countless cheer and dance rehearsals, performances, and competitions. Geometry for summer school was also her idea, and I am still not sure why I agreed with that one. Kosha has played a unique role in this wedding process (feel free to ask!) and I am so privileged to have her as my super star and cheerleader in life.

Quinn Matt

Groomsman

"Quinnith" is the largest and most barbaric of my friends. We met at Villanova in 2001, when I was a junior in Naval ROTC and responsible for training the incoming class of freshmen. We became very close after college as junior officers (raising hell) in Virginia Beach, and I'm extremely happy that he's moving back to San Diego with his family this summer. Quinn LOVES to dance, but I do ask that everybody give him a wide berth on the dance floor!

Rebecca Rothman

Bridesmaid

Becky and I were matched freshman year at San Diego State University, where we were randomly paired up as dorm mates. We weren't sure what to think of each other at first, but we quickly bonded over crosswords and late night snacks. Despite living across the state from each other for many years, Becky and I have made it a priority to see each other at least once a year to talk about all the things, try all the foods, dance to Proud Mary (Tina's version), and generally share all the things we love about life and how we can make the most of it.

Terry Sanders

Groomsman

Terry and I met in Japan in 2013, when we served together onboard the mighty USS SHILOH. Given his apartment's location in "the Honch," I crashed at Terry's place many times and probably should have been paying him rent for the amount of time I spent there. I can also say that I owe my entire culinary experience there to Terry, who's a major foodie but also conversant in Japanese. We've stayed very close after leaving Japan, and I had the honor of officiating Terry's wedding in New Orleans a few years ago. And despite being several years older than him, he's become a mentor to me in my goal of becoming an attorney.

Sheila-Marie Singelman

Bridesmaid

Sheila-Marie and I have been friends since we were four years of age, with our life paths running parallel and intertwining throughout. Now, we work together daily, exchanging ideas and complimenting each others' professional careers. Our most exciting adventures together were our many years at Stagecoach (a country festival in the Coachella Valley), where we caught glimpses of up-and-coming artists, met big names back stage, and drank more beer than I care to (or can) remember.

Thomas Sauer

Groomsman

Tom and I somehow managed to become friends *before* we ever actually met, connecting via Facebook back in 2008 (when I was living in the UK and he was in Virginia Beach). Tom basically threw a party for us to meet after I got back to the US, and we've been very close friends ever since. For reasons that I still haven't determined, we decided to live together in Washington, DC and absolutely had a blast as roommates together in our nation's capital. I was also honored to serve as a groomsman in Tom's wedding last year, and am so happy that he lives close by in Orange County.

Christine Choi

Bridesmaid

Christine and I met during high school and were on the pep squad together. Although she currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, Christine's genuine kindness, and unwavering support have made her an invaluable presence in my life. Despite the geographical distance between us, our friendship has remained strong, with countless shared memories and heartfelt conversations. My favorites involve late night ramen, and learning the meaning of the word "ratchet." To quote Christine, as she planned her own wedding: "The real theme is SEXY, FLAWLESS. . ."

Victor Lance

Groomsman

Vic and I also met during our Naval ROTC orientation ("India Company") in 1999, then became roommates for three years and were pretty much inseparable for our entire college experience, truly forming the "Navy-Marine Corps Team." His extraordinary sense of humor and many impersonations have me laughing as I write this. Vic has always been there for me, through the highs and lows, and I am so excited to have him out in California on my wedding day.

Prudence

Cat of Honor

Allow me to introduce you to my best feline friend and beloved companion, Dear Prudence. In the serendipitous year of 2010, she walked into my life through the front door and adopted me. Since then, Prudence has been my steadfast companion, keeping me company during work-from-home days and providing warmth and comfort throughout the nights. With her attentive ears and unwavering presence, she listens without complaint, offering solace and support. Although Prudence won't be able to attend the wedding, she will be holding down the fort at home, where she has already warmly welcomed JP into our lives.
