What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30pm so the ceremony can start promptly at 5:00pm! Unfortunately, if you arrive after 5:00pm, you will be unable to sit for the ceremony.

Is transportation provided between venues?

Answer

Transportation will be provided between the ceremony/cocktail hour venue to the reception/after party venue. Transportation will be provided back to the Resort at Longboat Key Club 10:30pm-12:00am.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are parking lots outside of both the ceremony/cocktail hour venue and the reception/after party location.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, the reception and after party will be indoors.

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends at our wedding. To keep the celebration as intimate as possible, we'll be honoring the names listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a special day!
