Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations in the Spring with directions on how and when to RSVP to our wedding! Please follow those guidelines when you receive your invitation. For planning purposes, if you know you are unable to attend when you receive your save the date this Winter, please let us know!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and we ask that our guests who are not utilizing the shuttle to please arrive no later than 3:45pm to give you time to find your seats for the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please be sure to note any allergies or restrictions you have. We will relay this to our wedding planner who will work with our caterer to accommodate your needs!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a yellow school bus transporting our guests to the reception and back from the Craftsman Inn and the Hampton Inn Cazenovia. Please see the Travel page for the schedule.

Is there parking for at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue has a large parking lot with ample parking. The parking lot is a short walk from our ceremony, so please plan accordingly and give yourself a couple extra minutes.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a Friday night welcome party, and on the wedding night, we will be keeping the celebration going with an after party down the road from the venue. Please see our Schedule page for more information on these events!
