Question

What dates should I travel?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to travel to Cancun October 17th-20th! There is a 3 night minimum to qualify for the room block pricing. Otherwise, you will have to pay regular room rates which are more expensive than the rates we have secured for our room block. The room block rates are valid 3 days before and 3 days after those designated dates. If you would like to extend your vacation, please take advantage of the discounted rooms as well!

Do I have to stay at the hotel?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests attending the wedding stay at the resort. If you don't stay at the resort you will get charged an outside guest fee per person per event no exceptions. All events will take place at the hotel, so there will be no need for transportation. All resort information can be found under the travel tab.

Can I book on the resort's website?

Answer

We recommend using our link that we have provided on the travel tab to book your room. The link provided will take you to our room block managed by our travel agent Sandy. We have been able to get our rooms at a discounted rate for our guests. When you book through our block our agent will be able proactively solve any problems that should arise before or during your stay. The total price includes room, food, drink, taxes and transportation.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). This airport is 30 minutes from our resort.

How will I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

When you book your room the transportation is included. You will work with our travel agent Sandy to book your transportation. You will let her know when you are flying into Cancun and when you are leaving. She will arrange your shuttle to and from the resort.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

The resort is an all inclusive resort so the cost includes food, drink, taxes and transportation. Once you're in Mexico you wont have to pay for anything.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

You can bring a guest to Mexico, but if their name isn't listed on your invite then unfortunately they wouldn't be included in our guest count for wedding events.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our wedding adults only. We thank you for your understanding!
