Chelsie Le

Matron of Honor

My ride or die BFFL! Chelsie and I have been through it all. We've been friends since middle school and have played important roles in each other's lives ever since, especially during our coming of age phase in high school. She's an awesome mother, wife, and one of the best tiny humans nurse I know. This lady may be small in stature, but she is mighty! No matter how far apart we are, or how busy we are with work and life, we always find our way back to each other, even if just for a quick FaceTime call.

Aaron Han

Best Man

How Aaron looks here is how him and I felt about college.

Michelle Nguyen

Maid of Honor

This girl...she gave me lice when we were kids sharing the same twin bed/pillow. We walked to and from elementary school everyday for 2 years, excited to eat cup o noodles and salt water taffy when we got home. She was the first one to introduce me to volleyball. Today, she's one of my most trusted companions, regardless of how lazy she is about driving anywhere, I can always count on her. Though Michelle isn't the type to express her love with a hug, she will express it in so many other ways. She'll make sure to notify you anytime there's a steal shopping deal, she'll be the one to help clean up after any house party, and if you ever need something crafty, she's the go to cricut queen!

Paul Tran

Best Man

I've known paul since middle school and I feel like neither of us grew up. If AIM was still around, Paul and I would be chatting right now.

Yvonne Ko

Bridesmaid

aka Eve, one of my oldest best friend! Our days go way back to elementary school at Cedar Grove. Interestingly, she and I also shared many cup o noodle moments, but the best moments were our sleepovers. Luckily for me, though Yvonne went to a different high school, we managed to stay close since we only lived down the street from one another. Whether it was getting Kickin' Crab for dinner or catching a cinema, she has continued to be a steady constant in my life, and I plan to keep it that way!

Thang Truong

Groomsman

Thang and I practiced taekwondo, lived together throughout college, and love our sour candies (rips strawberry/apple). You won't find a more dependable, trustworthy friend.

Kathryn Hoang

Bridesmaid

aka "Ring Leader" of our girl cousins group when we were still too young to know any better! Kat was one of my role models growing up. She taught me about what was and wasn't trending. She told me if I didn't know lyrics to a song, I shouldn't be singing it (though that never stopped me). It was always N*SYNC > Backstreet Boys and Britney > Christina. She's probably the first person to take me to a high school party (when I was in middle school) and introduce me to many other firsts;) Kat is always there for me, she's one of the most loving and caring persons I know (even if she never says it).

Tuong Nguyen

Groomsman

My notes on this groomsman over the last 21 years (chronological, ascending order): 1. Good at taekwondo 2. Insane in the brain 3. Fun, thoughtful, and generous 4. Uses baby powder on feet (?!) 5. Hair changes color 5x a month 6. Still insane in the brain

Julie Nguyen

Bridesmaid

So proud of this nurse-to-be! Julie has always been my go to person when it comes to anything beauty product, helping me put on my face for any special occasion. I can always rely on her when I need product reviews or the latest news that's trending in the media. I almost forgot to mention, she is the SNACK queen. It's amazing how much this woman can put down and still look amazing. Not to mention she is always willing to share, even when it's her most favorite snack in the world. She's just naturally friendly and caring like that!

Phuc Nguyen

Groomsman

If my car is out of gas or I need help replacing hubcaps, I call Phuc. If I want to "workout" and eat Iguana's after, I call Phuc.

Amyni Tengonciang

Bridesmaid

The girl who took the brunt of it all for us growing up. Amy is the eldest female cousin who paved the path for the rest of us girls growing up in a first generation Asian American household. She taught me and my other cousins about what was cool, from music, to cloths and shoes. Today, she is one of my go to people for motherly advice! Amy has this way of being calm, it's always soothing to talk to her when I need some shared wisdom. I can count on this one always!

Kevin Barr
